The above mentioned registration fees are only valid when payment is received before the applicable deadline. VAT is included in the fee.
EAES offers a special registration fee (not available onsite) for participants coming from low- and middle-income countries. You are eligible if your country is listed <10,000 (lower, lower middle and upper middle income) on the World Bank GNI list.

Social event

Pre- and post congress programme – 23 & 26 June 2026
Registration fee includes: Attendance to the masterclass or hands-on course, certificate of attendance and coffee break. Only full day courses have lunch included.
Scientific programme 24 & 25 June 2026
Registration fee includes: All scientific sessions and poster and video presentations, opening ceremony and welcome reception Tuesday 23 June, admission to the exhibition, electronic material (programme, abstracts etc.), coffee and lunch breaks, certificate of attendance (after a completed digital survey a certificate of attendance will be sent by email).
In registering for “EAES 2026” participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the congress office assumes any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.
Cancellation and refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the EAES Office. Cancellations will be accepted until 15 April 2026 with a refund of all registration fees less € 50 administration fee. Full registration fee is applicable, and no refunds can be made for cancellations after 15 April 2026 or for participants who do not attend. All refunds will be handled after the congress.
In the event of serious special or unforeseen circumstances or serious circumstances beyond its control, EAES shall be entitled to cancel or modify the dates of the event. You shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages incurred as a consequence of such a cancellation or change. All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
