These congresses are the best opportunity to evaluate the procedures according to the experience of reference centres and to assess guidelines of endoscopic surgery thanks to specific programmes, with accredited teaching activities and continuous medical education programmes. The highest level of dissemination of endoscopic surgery research, technological development and clinical progress and practice is developed. Every so many years, EAES organises the IFSES World Congress of Endoscopic Surgery for which reduced fees also apply.
- Participation to the EAES Symposium on Innovation in Surgery each year in Europe at a reduced registration fee. This 3-day event is specifically designed to learn more about the latest trends in minimally invasive surgery.
- Participation to the postgraduate courses of the EAES, organised each year during the congress, at a reduced registration fee, corresponding to a continuous medical education programme.
- Participation to the EAES accredited endoscopic surgery meetings, symposia and workshops if applicable, at a reduced registration fee. Many experts in different countries are organising these activities, which have to be supported by the scientific and educational committees of the society.
- Application for participation in the EAES fellowship programme, consisting of a two months training programme in major minimal invasive centres, located in Europe.
