Getting there
The 30th international EAES Congress is taking place at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre in Kraków, Poland. This is an accessible location whether you are travelling by air, train, public transport or car.

Arriving by air

Arriving by train
The main railway station is in the city centre, only about 10 minutes walk from the Main Market Square. Ticket offices are open 24 hours a day. From the Central Station, most cities in the region and the country can easily be reached by rail. Krakow also offers rail links to Germany, Austria, The Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Ukraine. For more information see the railway webpage.
Arriving by car
Through Krakow or its surroundings lead two major routes: national road No. 7 from north to south (Gdańsk-Chyżne), part of European route E77, and part of the E40, which in Polish runs from Zgorzelec in the west to Korczowa in the east, partly on national road No. 4, the A4motorway and national road 77. The road network allows for efficient access from Krakow to other centres in the region. For example, a car trip to Zakopane or Nowy Sącz takes about 2 hours, and to Auschwitz or to Tarnow – about 1.5 hours.
