Fellowship

The Fellowship consists of a two-months training programme in minimally invasive surgery, hosted by major centers located in Europe and the United States.

For our next call, the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery is delighted to announce 20 Fellowship grants, each worth € 4.000.
The Fellowship consists of a 2-month training programme in minimally invasive surgery, hosted by major centers located in Europe and the United States. The aim of the Fellowship is to provide exposure to expertise in minimally invasive surgery and for the Fellow to be involved in clinical, educational and research activities at the host institution.

We are currently updating our host institution list to select from. Final list to be published by June 2024.

Application criteria

– medical degree (MD)
– less or 40 years of age at the application deadline 
– hold a general surgery certification  
– active EAES membership
