Hands-on courses:

Please note: participation to the hands on courses is limited (see course description for maximum participants).  Participation is only available to participants registering also to the core congress 25 November till 26 November 2021.

Technology Symposium:

A special registration fee to attend the Technology Symposium applies to those registered for the core congress 25 November till 26 November 2021.

Financial Support

Special registration fees are available for surgeons coming from low currency countries. Please contact the EAES office at registration@eaes.eu or ph. +31 40 2525288 for further information.

Press Registration:

Journalists can obtain free registration to the congress. Media organisations whose main objective is to promote their own products or services (i.e. marketing, advertising, financial analysis, or public relations firms) may not register as press.
A copy of a press card dated 2021 is required.

Membership:

Please note, outstanding payments for EAES membership will be checked by the EAES Office.
Reduced registration fees will not apply if there are outstanding payments.
Please check with the membership administrator at membership@eaes.eu for any questions you may have concerning membership.

Travel grants:

A limited number of travel grants is available for EAES members who submitted an abstract and have been accepted for presentation at the annual congress. The value of the grant is €500 each plus waived registration fee. Applications, accompanied with a CV, can be submitted using an online application form.  Deadline 1 August 2021.

The above mentioned registration fees are only valid when payment is received before the applicable deadline. VAT is included in the fee.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME 25 & 26 November 2021

Registration fee includes: All scientific sessions and poster presentations, opening ceremony and welcome reception Wednesday 24 November, admission to the exhibition, electronic material (programme, abstracts etc.), coffee breaks, certificate of attendance; after a completed digital survey, a certificate of attendance will be sent by email.

In registering for “WCES 2021” participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the congress office assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.

Cancellation and refunds & COVID-19 clause

If you cancel:
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the EAES office. Due to the current uncertainties, broader conditions apply. Cancellations will be accepted until the 1st October 2021 with a refund of all registration fees less a € 50 administration fee. The full registration fee applies, and no refunds can be made for cancellations after the 1st October 2021 or for participants who do not attend. All refunds will be processed after the congress.

If we cancel:
In the unintentional event that the congress will not take place due to COVID-19 related causes, we will refund your paid registration fee or change your registration to a substitute virtual congress registration. The difference in registration costs will then be refunded.
